Confidential searches have limited team members and limited forms of communication to assure information is on a need-to-know basis. We offer NDA’s for potential candidates as well as searches where the candidate only learns the name of the client when they are in their first interview. These searches have clear parameters set forth at the initial stages and can be handled outside the realm of electronic communication, or held as private as they need to be for client comfortability.
